After 67 years of living in the same home, it was time for my mother (95 years "young") to sell her home. My mother asked my sister and I to help her in the emotional process of selling the family home which was lovingly built by our father. We interviewed George and few other agents with the goal of selling our mother's home at the full market price, as quickly as possible, while also insuring a smooth transaction for our mother and for us too. And, of course, trust was crucial to us. We selected George as our agent and are glad we did. George helped us throughout the sales process, explained his reasoning for setting the listing price, made recommendations for staging our mother's furniture to maximize the look of the home for photographs and showings, and put us in touch with a junk removal company and a home cleaner that both did amazing jobs.Then he helped us select from the offers we received and facilitated the final negotiations with the buyer. Lastly, George was at the home closing to support us and explain any questions that arose during the closing. We highly recommend George. From my mother, sister, and me...Thank you George!

George was amazing throughout our whole buying and selling process. We had 2 homes to sell and another to purchase. The market was super hot at the start of our journey which was great for the sale of our 1st house but challenging when we purchased our new home. George was always available and was able to put together an offer super quickly. He guided us in making attractive and creative offers in a very aggressive market. He helped us find the perfect family home. The sale of our last house was a challenge because the market slowed but George was there every step of the was and offered many different strategies that eventually led to a sale. Buying a house in this market is an extremely challenging prospect, and that's putting it lightly. As first time home buyers were swimming upstream by George was wonderfully helpful every step of the way. George Pervanas is a true professional. He understands the dynamic between the seller and the Realtor. In our case, we found ourselves suddenly given the task to sell our elderly Mothers home and needed to sell it quickly for her healthcare. George listened and understood the task at hand and took immediate steps to arrange photos and researched the comps. He streamlined our Mother’s home listing and in this current market, we had a solid offer over what we were asking on the first viewing.
This was not the first time I personally reached out to George to sell real estate. In the spring of 2005 I called upon George to list my home. At the time my house was in “ok” condition and George gave me some advice to potentially increase the sale amount. I took his advice and just like with my Mothers home, my house had an offer on the first viewing and I accepted it. I was very pleased with what it sold for and if not for George’s guidance, I would not have made the money I wanted my house. I’ve never doubted or questioned George’s ability to sell. Moreover, it’s not about a Realtors ability. It’s about the Realtor understanding various situations and working with his clients specific needs and with that, it is with high confidence , that I recommend George Pervanas as your realtor as I know from now 2 very different experiences, he is willing and capable to fulfill your real estate needs.

I met George when he was a listing agent for a property I was interested in. As the listing agent, he represented that property very well but ultimately it was not a fit for me. Rather than try to sell me on a property that was not a fit, George offered to help me find a home that was what I was looking for.
