George Raju

George Raju, Broker(Associate), was born in India. He graduated in Economics from the University of Kerala and obtained a Master's in Political Science from the University of Delhi. George joined the Indian Diplomatic Service at the age of 24 and served the Government of India for over 35 years. He has lived and worked in 10 countries including the USA, the UK, and France. He moved to Minnesota in 2019 to be with his son. George took up Real Estate in 2020 and worked with Keller Williams Premier Realty in Minnesota. He relocated to Florida in August 2022 to become a Florida REALTOR and joined the NextHome in the Sun in Bradenton in September 2022. George spends his free time in church activities, community work, visiting friends, cooking, reading, and taking care of his pet. He also practices Yoga and meditation daily.

George prefers to do what his principals want him to do, permitting his functional and ethical obligations. He will do everything possible to match their aspirations with systematic planning and a proactive personal touch worthy of their trust. George is honest, hardworking, committed, and focused. He has extensive experience serving people for decades as a career Diplomat with vivid global exposure. He has learned several languages like English, French, Spanish, Russian, Hindi, and Malayalam. This is also his strong reason to take up Real Estate, to continue serving people and assist them in finding their dream home or selling their hard-won property. His strengths are his passion for what he does, his negotiation skills, and his meticulous attention to detail.

George attained the Florida State Real Estate Broker License on 12/07/2024. He is a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), the highest education in Real Estate. He also holds the coveted designation CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). His certifications include ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource). As a former Diplomat, George is an expert in negotiations and public relations. He has unique skills and insight into protecting client interests and striking the best deal.
