Hands down the best we have ever worked with.. My husband and I did the selling and buying with George and Katie. We got everything we wanted and more working with them. The process for selling and buying was seamless and quick. We secured a contract from a buyer overnight and got the house we wanted at the right price. My husband passed away, and I needed to sell my house quickly so I could move into a smaller, more manageable place. I met with several realtors, but I knew the moment that I met George and his team that they were going to be my choice. From the moment I signed on with them, I felt that I was in very experienced and capable hands. The whole team was very proactive about communicating with me, so I was never left worried or wondering about anything regarding the sale. Long story short, they took extremely good care of me, they always had my best interest at heart, and they sold my house. I would wholeheartedly recommend George and his team to anyone in need of an honest and caring realty team.

George did a great job in selling our house. It turned out to be a longer than expected process (no fault of George's, the market became flooded with homes right after we listed). But George, Amanda and the rest of their team stuck with us throughout, constantly suggesting new ideas. His stager Terri did a fantastic job of making our house look it's best and he was always able to help us find the right people to get needed repairs done. They used a series of old school and new techniques to market the house which got us numerous showings and ultimately 4 offers. I highly recommend George and company! I was in this house for 30 years and have sold 2 houses before this but this was the best experience with a realtor I've had.
