Georgia Balafas

Georgia Balafas is a seasoned marketing and communications professional working with sellers, buyers, investors and developers in real estate transactions. After earning two degrees from Boston University — a B.S. in Communications with a concentration in Advertising and a Master in Multinational Commerce — and gaining a decade of business experience in advertising and marketing, Georgia began working in the real estate industry in 2010. She has since added to her qualifications with a broker’s license, as well as being certified as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Residential Specialist, and a member of the Million Dollar Guild.

As a critical thinker and active listener, Georgia fosters strong interpersonal relationships and a down-to-earth communication style that support her negotiation abilities. She is a driven, flexible, results-oriented real estate advisor that knows her market. When looking for an experienced real estate agent, buyers and sellers prefer someone who knows not only Boston proper but all the various towns surrounding the city. A Massachusetts native, Georgia has lived in Brookline, Cambridge, Dedham, Plymouth, and currently resides in the Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. While the majority of her sales are in the city of Boston, she has completed transactions in more than 35 communities.
