Georgiana Hallheimer

Georgianna Hallheimer began her real estate career in her early twenties in New York City, selling retirement properties in the western U.S. After relocating to Northern Virginia, she joined a residential real estate firm before transitioning to commercial real estate a year later. During this time, Georgianna became actively involved with the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), where she chaired several committees on the Commercial Council. Years later, Georgianna met Bob Howard and Kim Alexandra, owners of Wellborn Management, and ultimately joined their organization. With over 30 years of experience in sales, leasing, and working with investors, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the real estate market. Georgianna is also a long-time member of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Marketing Association (MAREMA), where she’s served on the board during her 20+ years of membership.
