We closed our 3rd real estate transaction with Georgina this month. Her attention to detail, outstanding knowledge and professionalism is why we continue to hire her. She is always completely committed to helping us with our best interests in mind. She was there every step of the way from helping with interior design, staging and marketing our home in the best light which led to multiple offers in the first few days. She meticulously pours over contracts to ensure every detail is examined and was always on top of anything that came up throughout our pending contract. After just getting married, my husband and I had the grand idea of purchasing house in the middle of the pandemic because we took notice of how low the rates were and also wanted to have a place of our own. When the search began, I had two people recommend Georgina Essa from Round Table to my husband and I!

When we first spoke with Georgina over Zoom, she asked all the questions you could imagine about what exactly my husband I were looking for in a house. After several appointments, lots of emails, and many hours spent on staring homes online, we started to feel a little defeated and honestly extremely picky! I felt like our standards were too high for I started to feel like a bother to Georgina but she didn’t stop! Week after week, she checked in with us, constantly moving her schedule around so we could keep looking.

We finally saw a beautiful home that checked off almost all of our boxes! The only problem was it needed a new roof and a new HVAC. Once we laid the request in front of Georgina, she didn’t hesitate when it came to bargaining with the seller on these two key pieces. Within A DAY, yes A DAY, Georgina called us saying she not only got an offer approved at the listed price, she also got the seller to install a brand new roof and a new HVAC prior to closing! There was no discussion, we were sold!

Georgina didn’t give up even when we seemed like the most annoying buyers ever and she was willing and ready to meet every odd need we seemed to have. She made our first time home buying DURING A PANDEMIC so painless.

If you’re in the process of looking for a realtor Georgina is phenomenal. She is extremely personable and treats every client like family.

Oh, and did I mention on closing day she brought us a beautiful handmade gift that my husband I are hanging up in our brand new home??

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Georgina Essa to anyone looking to buy or sell Real Estate.She was our realtor for the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second. From the beginning, Georgina was extraordinarily detail oriented and involved every step of the way. My husband and I do not come from banking or real estate backgrounds, so it was a godsend to have a realtor that has intimate knowledge of both. Gina was consistent with checking in with us on a daily basis to ensure our needs were being met and to put out any fires that may have come up. She coordinated the sale of our old home and our new home to take place on the same day. This involved many tedious details including: ensuring all of our deadlines were met on both contracts; multiple back and forth negotiations with repair agreements, and coordinating all contract components with two other brokerages, banks and title companies. Best of all, she worked hard to ensure our closings happened on the same day. The whole process was as seamless as possible and firmly believe that Georgina played the pivotal role in ensuring the smooth process.

What a wonderful experience I had with Georgina! We toured homes in only one day and it was the fourth house that I ended up buying. It was beautiful and everything I was looking for. Every step of the way, she made sure I knew exactly what was going on. She walked me through every single detail and explained all of my options so I was fully aware of each step during the buying process. There were several delays with my lender, however Georgina was on top of it making sure they met all of our contract deadlines in advance. I firmly believe it was her attention to detail and mortgage background that made my home buying process such an easy-going experience. Even after I closed on my home, she is still there anytime I have a question. When the time comes to sell my house and buy another, I will definitely hire her again!
