Geovanni not only was our realtor during the purchase of our Flordia luxury home she also was the one we happily went back to for the sale of our Flordia luxury home. She is a professional, reliable, knowledgable, dedicated and respectful realtor. She has been a blessing to us and a true friend! My only regret is that she couldn't move to Utah with us!! It is my absolute pleasure to strongly recommend Geo Este as a hard-working, well-informed and incredibly thorough luxury realtor for the Tampa Bay Area (and markets beyond).

I realize you’ve heard this from every other realtor, but I can personally attest that Geo is different and sets herself apart. What makes Geo unique are her genuine gifts of dedication, reliability and thoughtfulness. These things you DON’T usually hear about realtors.

For my own home search, Geo worked tirelessly to understand my demanding requirements. And, somehow, she brought me to an EXACT match. My “unicorn” (extremely rare and desirable) home exceeded my list of attributes, embodied my eccentric taste and - most importantly - fit into my pre-approved mortgage budget.

Geo not only walked me through a smooth closing experience at the title company, accompanied in-person by Geo AND a rep from my lender she helped me find (who does that these days?!), Geo continued to support the transition into my new home. She also found an awesome cleaning service that cleaned/sanitized the empty home before I moved in…
