Gerald Burch

Gerald Burch has worked in the Real Estate industry in North and South Carolina, since 2020. His background of home building and customer service sparked the desire to pivot his career path to becoming an agent in the goal of providing his clients the utmost service as they navigate today’s market. Gerald strives to epitomize integrity, hard work and knowledge in all his encounters whether with clients or other agents; truly exemplifying southern hospitality.

From an early age, Gerald dedicated himself to all he did. At the age of 15 he started framing houses with his father’s framing business in Charlotte, North Carolina. While in school, he worked in the food service industry, construction and customer service. From there, he spent 12 years working with American television and internet providers installing equipment in clients' homes. While he excelled, he had to re-evaluate his career path as a medical procedure impacted his ability to continue manual labor. As he looked back at what he had accomplished he knew that his passion for home building and customer service could only mean two options, a general contractor or a Realtor. With being in hundreds of different homes installing equipment and having personally worked with a great real estate agent his decision was simple; becoming a Real Estate agent!

Gerald became an agent for two reasons, he wanted to help as many people as he could to avoid hiring the wrong Realtor and to show the industry that someone can build a successful real estate business without being a pushy salesman who is just looking for his next check but by really caring about his client before, during AND after the transaction.

Outside of work Gerald enjoys adventure. His hobbies include hikes, Golf, Comedy shows, movies, gun ranges, skeet shooting, and fishing. He loves both the ocean and the mountains which as a resident of the Carolinas has been perfect as residents get the best of both worlds. Charlotte has also been a great place to raise his family as it provides a numerous amount of activities, dining, entertainment and most importantly sports!
