Gerald L. Crawford is a licensed broker in real estate in Utah, and previously in California, Arizona, Wyoming and Colordo.
Gerald Crawford graduated from Brigham Young University in Business Management and studied Real Estate Law from the University of California at Berkely. Active on both local and state education committees, he served for three years as Education Director, Real Estate Division for the state of Utah. He is an approved instructor for the Graduate Realtor Institute GRI program, prelicensing sales courses, as well as appearing as a fee lecturer at many private seminars.
Gerald Crawford has assisted in over 500 million dollars of real estate transactions and has recently completed a series on Contract Law and Agency. Mr. Crawford is listed in Who’s Who in the West, and listed in Who’s Who in Finance and Business. Gerald Crawford held the National Distinguished Real Estate Instructor designation, which is awarded through its National Real Estate Educators Association.
