Licensed since 2004, Gerald achieved the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2013, a mark of distinction held by fewer than 10% of commercial real estate professionals worldwide. Throughout his career, Gerald facilitated over $15 million in CRE sales, showcasing a dedication to delivering exceptional value to clients. In an effort to expand his expertise Gerald attended ICSC’s University of Shopping Centers at the Wharton School of Business, earning a professional certificate that reflects a commitment to staying ahead in the evolving retail and investment landscape. In addition to brokerage success, Gerald served as a Corporate Real Estate Analyst for Citi Trends, Inc., a national retailer based out of Savannah, GA. This role provided insight into the tenant side of market analysis and lease negotiations further enhancing his ability to navigate complex commercial transactions and deliver tailored solutions.
