Gerald McArthur

Gerald McArthur established Gulf Coast Real Estate Advisors, LLC in 2014. The mission statement of the company encompasses the philosophy of providing personalized, expert commercial real estate service to its customers.

Prior to establishing Gulf Coast Real Estate Advisors, LLC, Gerald worked for over twelve years and served in the capacity of Vice President for an established independent commercial brokerage company in northwest Florida. He also worked in the financial services sector for approximately ten years, serving in the capacity of Vice President and President/CEO for credit unions throughout the panhandle of Florida.

He is a member of the local, state and national association of realtors and holds the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) commercial designation.

Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University.

Gerald is also the past president, chairman of the board of directors & Hogfest chairman of Northeast Pensacola Sertoma. He is also a past member of the NW Florida Speech and Hearing board. Gerald is a native of Pensacola, Florida.
