Gerald Mullen

Gerry is the Broker/Owner and has been working in real estate for several years. He is a graduate of Stonehill College and Suffolk University Law School. Prior to being a Broker, Gerry worked as a real estate attorney. As a real estate attorney, Gerry negotiated offers and purchase and sales agreements, and collaborated tirelessly with all parties to make sure the transaction went smoothly.

In addition, Gerry has represented many lenders in real estate transactions and is familiar with the mortgage process. Although a law degree is not a requirement for a Broker, his experience in real estate law has helped him be the best possible advocate for his clients.
