Our experience with Jerry was phenomenal from beginning to end. He eased all of our anxieties about buying/selling a home with three young children. Jerry promptly answered all of our questions, and walked us through each step of the process with calm confidence. He was incredibly flexible when scheduling walk throughs and was happy to accommodate last minute changes. Jerry and his team had our house sold after one weekend of showings. He was also able to find us the most perfect home for our family. We had a long list of expectations, and he patiently saw us through the process until we found the right one. What could have been a daunting process was actually quite painless thanks to Jerry. We are forever grateful for the time and attention he put into the process of selling and buying a home with us!

Jerry was a great realtor and ally in my housing search. My housing search took almost 2 years partly because of the market and partly because of me being very selective. I worked with Jerry the whole 2 years and we saw numerous houses.

He was proactive and honest. He would point out flaws or important things I should see on our home visits. He would tell me the good and bad points of all houses. Jerry never tried to force me into a deal and listened to my feedback.Thanks to Jerry and his hard work I am sitting in a beautiful home that met all my requirements. I would recommend anyone trying to buy a house to work with Jerry.

Jerry made, what would seem like a lengthy complicated process, so seamless. The line of communication was always open, no matter the time of day. He paid attention to what we were wanting in a house and made recommendations with that in mind. I’d recommend Jerry to the rest of my family if they were looking to buy. Anyone who is looking for an amazing realtor and/or someone to simply discuss purchasing a home should absolutely contact Jerry. I could not recommend him enough. He was by our side from the very beginning of this process, all the way through to the end. He is knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his client’s satisfaction. Because of his responsiveness and reliability, we were able to purchase our forever home. He happily went out his way many times for my husband and I as we were out of state, and I could not be more grateful for his dedication to ensuring we found/got exactly what we were looking for. Jerry was very considerate of my needs when looking at different houses and took those needs into consideration when showing me listings I missed when searching on my own. I missed a couple of houses because I chose to wait for the weekend, but he made himself available in the evenings and able to setup several showings same day. Most importantly he actually listened to concerns I had and didn't just push sales and talked to me like I was a person.
