I have 15 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker. I also hold a Residential Building Contractor's license in which I used to design and build custom and spec homes for a luxury development. I offer my real estate clients a custom tailored, professional full service operation which include: helping you find and purchase your next home, investment producing property, land, vacation home and or help you sell your existing property. I offer you my knowledge and expertise in building, design, selling experience and effective negotiation skills.

I have resided in South Florida for over 23 years and I have amassed a great deal of knowledge of our developing cities of Fort Lauderdale, South Beach, Delray Beach and Palm Beach. I was born in the South of France and continue to travel to Europe extensively, helping my international and domestic clients achieve their real estate goals. I enjoy bringing back knowledge of various sought after aesthetics and design idea's to help better understand and service my client's various needs. I also continue to expand my knowledge of the ever expanding and changing Florida real estate market and its opportunities to my clientele. I feel that incorporating this multiplicity of cultural influence and exposure helps me to better identify and understand a multitude of diverse cultures, locally and internationally.

I have purchsed several properties over the years. This was my first experience with someone who really had my best interest at heart. I wasn't just another commission. I am not the easiest person to deal with and probably made her wonder why she spent so much time hunting for the right house. I gave her my must have list and she came through. My family and I are truly loving our new house. Because of her knowledge and foresight, She was able to guide me through picturing what our home could be when finished. She even took the time to help with scheduling painters, tile and carpentry work before we moved in! MY COMMENTS ABOUT GERALDINE GRIMAL, BROKER ASSOCIATE OF FL CAPITAL REALTY OF WESTON FLORIDA. I researched through the internet for 3 realtors in South Florida when needed to purchase a condominium in the Fort Lauderdale area... I found Geraldine Grimal to be the most knowledgeable, the most professional, the most accommodating, a person that one could trust and a Lady that could expedite all aspect of ownership... Geraldine Grimal met and went way beyond my expectations. She saw that I had little or no difficult in the negotiating of the apartment worth, the actual closing timeline and with her previous knowledge of the building industry and property management industry made it easier in the refurbishing of our apartment that I hired her to look after. Geraldine became my eyes and ears throughout the 4 months of construction... Geraldine's knowledge of all aspects of Realty and the Legal aspects of dealing with the Condominium Association and the bureaucratic dealings with the City, impressed me the most. Geraldine knew the ropes...
