Working in the real estate industry for over a decade. Geraldine is dually licensed in NYC and Long Island, and serves both markets specializing in Brooklyn, Hampton Bays, and surrounding areas. She was initially licensed in Florida before moving to New York in 2008 where she’s remained a sales agent ever since.
Geraldine also brings valuable perspective as a homeowner, a landlord, and an investor in real estate. Professionally she focuses on purchases and sales of residential homes, plus represents landlords, and has orchestrated some commercial deals.
Her success in the business stems from her ability to listen intently to her clients and build a strong base from the beginning to streamline the sales process. Geraldine is extremely organized, hardworking and dedicated. She has an appreciation for the aesthetics due to her background in photography. Her keen eye and visual sense greatly benefit clients by enabling her to see a home’s best features and potential.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and raised in Bogota, Colombia until age seven, Geraldine is bilingual in Spanish and English. She received a BA in Photography from School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, an AA in Photography from Daytona State College, plus studied at UCF for two years. Geraldine paid for school working in the hospitality industry, and later established her own architectural photography company.
She has a wealth of knowledge of neighborhoods having lived in the Upper East Side, Alphabet City, Lower East Side, Bushwick, Red Hook and now Bed-Stuy – named one of the top 5 coolest neighborhoods in the world by TimeOut. Plus she and her family have a second home in Hampton Bays. The mother of two, Geraldine enjoys spending free time on the beach and bays, bike riding, camping, gardening, cooking, and listening to music with her boys.
