I met Geri 5.5 years ago when she helped my wife and I purchase our first home. I hired her for two reasons, 1) I highly respect someone who is willing to take a risk and start their own business 2) She was coming off a life transforming weight loss that took grit and determination. Over the years we formed a friendship which made partnering with her on finding our forever home a no brainer. There is no doubt in my mind that without her guidance and tireless work ethic purchasing both homes would have been impossible. Geri deeply cares about her clients and only wants what is best for them. I would recommend Farrelly Realty Group to anyone looking for a realtor.

After taking my time to decide which Realtor to go with, I can honestly say that I am pleased I picked Farrelly Realty. My circumstances were particularly difficult given I was abroad (with 12 hours time difference) and the property was tenanted, but Cody and Geri made everything possible. Cody did a fabulous job listing, selling, organising logistics and managing the move. He also made sure that the buyers had a first class home to move into. He was excellent at communicating and very dedicated, always going the extra mile. Thank you.

Geri and her team were awesome, I had quite a few hiccups but they helped me get my dream house and went above and beyond. I would not use another realtor . When I told people the service that I received they always responded "Wow, they actually do all that my realtor didn't."
