Gerard’s 30 years of experience began in 1985 when he started buying and selling real estate for his personal investment. Realizing that others could benefit from the lessons he learned along the way, Gerard obtained his first real estate license in 1991 in Michigan where he developed his unique brand of professional yet personable real estate services. In 2002-2008, Gerard obtained his Certified Residential Appraisers License in Arizona, Michigan, and Nevada. As owner and operator of Michigan Appraisal Company and Nationwide Appraisal Group, Gerard performed appraisals on single-family residential properties, vacant land, multi-family dwellings and multimillion dollar properties in all 3 states.
A resident of Arizona since 2007, Gerard focused his efforts on Arizona real estate by procuring his Arizona Real Estate License in 2008, and his Arizona Brokers license in 2010. Gerard’s extensive background in property valuations provides credibility and confidence when negotiating sales.
Gerard is passionate about ensuring his clients are confident and informed throughout the real estate transaction process, whether they are buying or selling. A father of two and grandfather of four, Gerard understands the value of family time and spends his free time spoiling his grandkids. Other hobbies include hunting, fishing, and enjoying the beauty of Arizona landscapes.
