I had the pleasure to work with Gerardo Andrade and his company; STA Realty LLC on the sale of my house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions. And what I liked the most was that he was in touch and shared every decision through the whole process. I was able to get the price that i wanted and made the sale relatively easy and much less stressful than other sales of done before with other companies. I will definitely recommend him and use his service again in the future. He’s also bilingual in Spanish which made things much easier for me to communicate.
