It has been a pleasure working with Gergana, or as my family affectionately calls her - "Ms. G." From the moment we met her; she was and remains, kind, pleasant, helpful and thorough. She makes herself available from the beginning of the process all the way through to moving into the house.

In my mind I wasn't sure if the timing was right for us to move into a house, but after sitting down and speaking with "Ms. G", she helped us with getting in contact with the perfect lender to get pre-qualified, she sent us listings of houses every day, and she made sure we were comfortable before making a final selection.

She would always let us know what the next step was in the process which was very helpful and answered questions freely and honestly.

Thanks to her calm, professional demeanor, she definitely put my overthinking brain at ease. If I had to buy a house again, I would definitely select Gergana Androva for her services.

Me being a first time homebuyer and disabled choosing the right home was important and a little difficult. Gergana was a heaven sent angel. See was so compassionate and understanding. She made sure I understood every single step in the process. Above most, she traveled out in the midst of the Pandemic and sometimes snow storms to show me properties. Even when I could not come out she would go and facetime me. She would be very honest with me when asked her opinion. Gergana is the greatest. Strongly Recommended
