I just wanted to share an enthusiastic recommendation for Geri McCafferty. Being new to the state of IL and Chicagoland, Geri gave me confidence in both unknown surroundings and a difficult market that we’d be successful. Geri got to know me and was able to thoughtfully steer me toward communities and homes that were a great match. Although it took a year, Geri was persistent, patient, supportive and willing to get creative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

As a first time home buyer in a very competitive market I was put to ease by Geri from the beginning to the end of the entire process. From my first showing and each subsequent one she was punctual, warm, and came very prepared. She was very helpful throughout each home viewing, always honest and direct. I never felt rushed or pressured. I appreciated the questions she asked to help me hone in on what type of home I really wanted. Geri also listened to my feedback and helped guide me to the best choices. I greatly appreciated her timeliness in scheduling showings as well as being open to working within my availability. I can not say enough positive things about my home buying experience !
