Gerrit Dablaing came to real estate in 2015 after retiring from his 30-year career in the oil and gas industry. His goal has always been to love his work, and he absolutely does. An accomplished engineer with meticulous attention to detail, Gerrit was drawn to becoming an agent partly by the positive and negative experiences he’d had with property purchases himself. His aptitude for project management, deadline adherence, accuracy in documentation, and communication easily transferred to his new profession.

Gerrit understands that property transactions can sometimes be overwhelming, and so he strives to provide an easy experience every time. Dedicated to being the best and most knowledgeable agent he can be, Gerrit regularly completes continuing education courses on industry topics and has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors®. He also contributes to the homeowner association as the director of the Parkway Villages Resident Association and president of the Parkway Association for both the residential and commercial properties around Houston’s Parkway Villages. Through these positions, Gerrit enjoys giving back to his community by helping to maintain property values in Greater Houston.
