Gerry has a cheerful personality and always pays attention to your needs. Unlike other real estate professionals, he would not be pushing your closing anything but would be willing to work with you where you are comfortable even if takes longer.

He is good in his follow ups and gather required information as needed.

Gerry was great to work with during our first home buying experience. He made a process that is usually daunting and terrifying for first time homebuyers and easy and seamless experience. He was very professional, on time, and always asking what we wanted to prioritize.

In an extremely competitive housing market, he often went out of his way to work with the sellers agent and ask what we could do to make our offer more appealing. When we finally found our home, Gerry and his team worked tirelessly around the clock to make sure that everything went smoothly and quickly. He was in constant communication with the escrow company, different contractors, and everyone else included in the process.
