Gia Guo

Gia graduated from the Business School of George Washington University and worked as a professional CPA for a few years. After moving from New York to Seattle, she decided to focus her capabilities on her real estate career. She loves the entire field of real estate: the finance, marketing, modern technology, creativity of sales, and negotiation that goes into each deal. Their passion makes her an expert in high-end real estate sales and a mentor of the team. Gia is also highly regarded by her clients for having an elevated level of integrity, in-depth market knowledge, and an incredible work ethic. She serves as Operations Manager where she manages the day-to-day functions of the office and ensures that the team provides the highest level of service to every client.

Gia is actively involved in charitable organizations and help local communities. She has served on the Board Members of the China Tomorrow Education Fund Organization. In her spare time, Gia likes to travel.
