Gianfranco was very accommodating and easy to work with. I was unable to view the apartment in person, so he met with a representative I sent and showed them the apartment. I was able to complete the entire process virtually via video walkthrough and virtual signing (with the security of having my representative verify the information for me on the ground).

Gianfranco was a great resource when searching for an apartment. He was extremely personable, genuine, and very upfront about the apartments strengths/weaknesses. He listened to my concerns and quickly found another alternative that better fit my needs. He even went above and beyond by offering to drive me to the second viewing. Gianfranco was amazing and professional! It's extremely stressful and difficult moving but with him on your side everything gets executed in a timely fashion. Gianfranco was very prompt and responsive. I had called to inquire about an apartment, he picked up the phone very quickly, and I was able to see the property the same day. When we came to the property, he had arrived early and insured that the existing tenant in the space was comfortable with us looking around. He was upfront, honest, and straightforward which made applying for the apartment easy. The whole process was very seamless. Within a day of seeing the property, we applied for the apartment, and the paperwork was processed quickly. We were approved for the apartment only a few hours later. This was the fastest apartment hunt that I've ever been on. Thanks Gianfranco!
