Very attentive to our evolving needs. Very flexible with her time and went out of her way to accommodate our limited schedule. Was able to connect us with a great mortgage company and outstanding home inspector. Even had connections with contractors and rental management companies. She is the total package! A one stop shop for your real estate needs. Will definitely refer friends and family to her and use her again!

Giannina was awesome! We had interviewed a few real estate agents to sell my parents' condo. We wanted to do as little as possible given our busy schedules and my parents being out of the area. Various agents told us to make major repairs / renovations, paint, stage, etc. We understood that they wanted to help sell the property for the highest value but the work involved would be prohibitive.

Giannina carefully listened to our needs and provided a solution to presenting the property in a way that showed off its value while not requiring a massive time commitment on our part. She had painters, contractors, and stagers ready to go. She coordinated the appts and made sure the property was at its best for the showings. She communicated with my family to make sure all members were on board, especially my parents.

In the end we got WAY above asking and the closing was smooth.

Would definitely work with her in the future for our real estate needs!!!

I met G when I first moved to Arlington and she helped me find an apartment. I then came to her again when it was time to buy my first home and she is absolutely amazing! She walked me through the entire process and continues to look out for me. She genuinely cares about everyone she works with and helped to find a house that had everything I wanted and at a price I could afford. You will never regret working with G!

Giannina was extremely helpful throughout my apartment search and even after finding a place. She paid attention to all the features I mentioned wanting in an apartment/location and showed multiple options that fit my requirements. During my apartment tours, she was extremely knowledgeable about the area and all its features that were relevant to me. After finding a place, she went above and beyond with helping to ensure that my move-in process was as smooth as possible and that any concerns I had about the property were addressed. Throughout the process, Giannina was easy to reach for any questions or issues, and her expertise and responsiveness made moving a lot easier.

Ms. Heddell is in the best possible position. She is personable, attentive , knowledgeable and extremely professional. Immediately after I met Ms. Heddell, she reviewed in earnest what I wanted in a condo, how much I could afford to pay, and that I was on a time limit to purchase. Within a couple of weeks she found the condo that had 90% of what I wanted and within my price range. Another important thing about working with Ms. Heddell was that she was readily available to take my calls, correspond with me about condo openings, and just called at times to see how I was doing showing me that she is a caring person. It was fun to working with her. All real estate agents should be like her. She is a keeper with RE/MAX. They are very fortunate to have hired her. She will continue to be an asset to them!

G was the sweetest and most social realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My family and I had to move from Alabama to the DMV for a job. We had very little time allocated by the company I was hired by to find a home and she went above and beyond to find my family a house that fit our specs. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. As long as I’m in the area she will always be my realtor! ❤️
