Gidget is one awesome lady who I can forever count on to be a life long friend! She is 100% honest and no BS!!! It is always hard to sell one’s home especially in bad situations. But, Gidget was steadfast and compassionate. She was a constant supporter and cheerleader. She never quit on me! She is a true fighter when it comes to her friends, family and clients!! She and her nephew Dion, were angels for me during this process and there is not enough words of gratitude I can express to them both! I will always turn to Gidget’s expertise and reputation when I am to purchase again in the future!!!! When you have Gidget in your corner, always know that she will fight the greatest fight for you, her client!! Thank you ever so much Gidget and Dion. Love you both!

Gidget goes to bat for her customers, she is professional, experienced and strategic to make sure her clients are taken care of. She even paid for a photographer and stager to make sure our house was 100% ready to be listed at top dollar. I could not be more pleased with the experience we had with Gidget as our listing agent, and I have already begun sharing her name with everyone I know that is looking to buy or sell. I look forward to working with her again someday if we find ourselves in need of buying or selling again.

The Gidget Foat team are true professionals. There marketing and attention to detail is amazing. They were patient with us and were very responsive to any questions we had during the selling process.

When we first met with her and her team we had a price in mind for what we wanted for our home because of what we saw being sold in the neighborhood. Gidget assured us she would get $10,000 over our number and probably much more. I have other had agents say that Just to get the listing. Not Gidget when she tells you something you can take it to the bank. She not only got the price she told us but created a bidding war and when the dust settled she had 7 offers, 4 over asking price. We countered 2 of the offers with both accepting 1 as a backup offer. So to sum it all up her team got us $22,000 more then we wanted and $12,000 over the original list price. If you want true professionals that say what they mean and will work there tail off for you then Gidget Foat and her team is the answer.
