Gigi Becerra

I'm a real estate agent licensed in both North Carolina and Virginia, with roots in Los Angeles, California, where I lived until relocating in 2005. My journey into real estate began in 2016 when I worked alongside top producer Shahla Rezvani as her administrative assistant. That experience gave me comprehensive exposure to every aspect of the industry, and I knew immediately that real estate was my calling.

I pursued my license and officially launched my career as a full-time agent in 2017, joining Marti Hampton's team—and the rest, as they say, is history. Since then, I've built my business largely on repeat clients and referrals, which I consider one of my greatest honors. My clients know me for being efficient, responsive, and precise, while keeping transactions smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
