Gigi Benca

My name is Gigi Benca, actual name Chakoya Benca. Gigi stands for GirlyGirl. I am the only girl out of four children, raised in Memphis, Tennessee. From a strong single mother and entrepreneur, she taught us good values like work ethic and morality.
I started in the culinary industry and quickly got into restaurant management. I worked in the Hospitality industry for 10 years.
Running restaurants set me up to be a great business-minded person. After the pandemic hit the US, my husband Robert and I purchased our first home, which piqued my interest in real estate.
I started with Keller Williams because they're the number one brokerage in the world and have a great value system that I have applied to my business and my life.
Our belief system is win-win or no deal. Integrity, do the right thing. Customers always come first. Commitment in all things! Communication seeks first to understand.
