As a vice president in Ackerman Retail’s tenant representation group, Gigi assists retail clients with site selection and market rollouts in providing tenant representation services for clients such as Flying Biscuit Cafe, Cinnaholic, Verizon and Deka Lash.

Gigi has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate and client relationship experience, including tenant and landlord representation, development and client account management.

Prior to Ackerman & Co., she was as a tenant representation specialist and client account manager for more than six years at The Windsor Realty Group Atlanta, managing services for a number of national retail brands and completing more than $3 million in leases. She was a leasing representative at Boxer Property, where she managed leasing for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties totaling more than 1 million square feet. She also worked as a leasing and development specialist at Trinity Development, managing in-house and third-party leasing, lease renewals, and sale and acquisition transactions.
