Gigi was recommended to me by a neighbor and she went above and beyond in helping with my home sale. For the majority of the process I was out of state and Gigi worked to get the house on the market and sold to a wonderful buyer very quickly. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take on an additional animal and Gigi went as far as to help find a home for a cat with the new owners. I appreciate all of Gigi's assistance and guidance through this process and I highly recommend Gigi!

I’ve known Gigi from our school days in Clinton. So when it was time for me to sell my childhood home, the choice of realtor was an easy one. “Just call Gig”. By the end of the first day, after our conversation she had stopped by the town hall, gathered all the information on the property . Set up an appointment with me so I could give her a key, as well as giving me advice on what I could do to make the house more sellable.
The property is 60 years old and dated. With the market constantly changing this might be a little challenging. With that said we had multiple bids as well as potential buyers. Gigi’s determination did not quiver. There’s no quit in her( there never was as long as I’ve know her) she found a buyer and sold the property.
Helping end a bitter sweet time in my life. I’m glad I gave Gigi that call, even more so I’m blessed with our life long friendship

I have used Gigi on many occasions Being a Clinton resident for her entire life she knows the shoreline area very well. She helps people in the community far beyond selling their home. Recently Gigi spend an entire Sunday helping my girl friend, Beth Cafferty clean the inside of her home. If you need a referral for anything especially having to do with your home, Gigi will share her network with you including but not limited to a handyman, an appraiser, an electrician, a painter, a carpenter, a mason, a tree surgeon, carpet cleaner, or a financial advisor to name a few so she is a go to person for many things including a RE Agent. Her partner Mick will take pictures of your house that will blow your mind like he did of my house on Egypt Lane. I would highly recommend Gigi for any real estate sale or purchase! She went out of her way from the start to ensure both the buyer and seller felt valued and their points of view considered in the process. She brought terrific sale options for us which allowed us to make quick decisions with minimal personal time involved. She was willing to run around and take care of minor issues with fixing items or cleaning issues to keep the process going and leverage her time instead of the buyer or seller’s time.
