"Gil made us feel like we were his most important client and made sure that we were informed throughout the process. He used his knowledge of issues that his previous clients have experienced to enhance our sales efforts. Gil provided suggestions for simple improvements, staging the rooms in the house, when to have open houses so Review by other realtors was maximized, and also guidance with setting our selling price on our home. Gil was forthright about minor changes that we needed to make to get buyer attention quickly. From an old military point of view, there is nothing that escapes Gil's attention to details was exemplary during the process of the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home He definitely knows the ins and outs of selling and buying homes in this area.
