Gilda is a native of the Orange County Coastal Area having lived in the cities of Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Laguna Niguel her entire life. Being a local, she graduated from Laguna Beach High School. Surrounded by real estate transactions as she was growing up, Gilda has a natural instinct for conducting business and representing her client’s best personal interests.
Earning her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from USC, Gilda knows all aspects of the real estate industry including appraisal, real estate law, marketing, and finance. She began her career in commercial real estate representing corporate clients. Her tenacity, market knowledge, work ethic, and desire to provide excellent service have gained her an excellent reputation. Since 1987 she has been licensed as a California Real Estate Broker.
She understands the value of investing in real estate and has watched values grow over the years in Southern California. Whether a buyer is searching for the right home, or a seller wants to capture top dollar for their home, Gilda’s market knowledge is varied. She understands the nuances of the: ocean view, oceanfront, golf course view, and single level homes in her market area. Gilda has completed more than $50 million in transactions.
Gilda and her husband have raised 3 daughters. One is currently playing volleyball at Mississippi State University, one is graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2014, and the eldest is working in the commercial real estate industry along with her father, also in commercial real estate. Yes, this is a family committed to serving in all areas of the real estate business!
