First time home buyer here, Gina helped me through what I thought would be a difficult and stressful experience, and made it so much easier than I ever thought. I honestly felt like the president; having decisions to make just brought directly to me with all the info I needed, without having to do any scheduling, negotiating, or organizing any paperwork. She was always in touch and never went dark on texts. She had all the answers and when she didn't, she found out immediately. This process was so easy and I will trust this company with any future real estate business I need.

From first meeting Gina, we knew she was the right agent for us. She showed up at our house for our initial walk through well prepared with a binder filled with info on her services, comps in our neighborhood and her marketing plan. She is local and during the tour of our house, she recognized the many changes and upgrades we made during our 36 years, and vocalized how she would market them. Immediately after agreeing to allow her to list our house, she implemented her aggressive marketing campaign by getting the “listing soon” info online so other agents would be aware. Even before the listing went live we got requests to show the property. On the day the listing did go live, four hours after the very first buyers toured our house we were informed they were going to put in a full price offer. Gina then helped us navigate the tremendous amount of paperwork needed to sell our house. She was available for questions by phone, text and email. Couldn’t have been easier to work with. If we had remained in the area, we would not hesitate to work with her again.

I cannot recommend Gina enough. We lived three hours away from where we wanted to buy and had limited time to view houses in person, and on top of that, had two kids under two in tow. From the start, Gina was proactive, engaged and very communicative. She listened to the multitude of options we were weighing, understood that we had to plan a trip to come see the homes and would have limited time to get as much in as possible, layered with having an infant and toddler to care for and plan breaks during the process. She was great- worked quickly with listing agents to secure appointments for all the homes we had discussed, and dedicated all her availability to us exclusively for the weekend we were able to view houses. She provided honest feedback for us regarding the areas and houses we viewed that helped us as we evaluated each home, and she drove all interactions with listing agents with our best interests at the forefront. Even as we were already onsite viewing houses and more homes popped up that we were interested in that weren’t on our list, Gina was flexible and worked to add additional viewings. When a few properties weren’t available to be seen while we were there, she immediately worked to set up virtual tours, going to the houses herself and walking us through with the dedicated time and attention we needed to experience those houses. When we put in our offer, she ensured that the offer was written up, and sent to us for easy review and sent in immediately, and again with strong terms reflecting her dedication to our best interests. When the offer was accepted, she was diligent in ensuring communications remained open and flowed easily, kept us updated throughout the process, helped us negotiate and process through buying some of the furniture that came with the house, and was there for us every step of the way, through all our questions and concerns, from start to close, and even continuing to check in with us was we prepare to move in. She is the utmost professional, with a wonderful personality, easy and flexible with her clients while being assertive in representing them in interactions with the seller’s agent. We have family members moving to the area from California in the next few months and have already put them in contact with Gina. She is trustworthy, very experienced, driven, flexible, dedicated to her clients and will get you what you want for the best terms possible.
