I couldn’t have had a better realtor. She not only helped me sell my first home but also helped me secure my second home in an area I couldn’t have imagined being in! She knew what I was looking for in a home and what I wanted for my children & found us a new home in an amazing neighborhood where we can make new memories! She was responsive no matter what time of day, she educated me on things I didn’t know, as well as being able to negotiate through our offer to my inspection. Gina truly is amazing!

I would highly recommend Gina to anyone! She is super patient and super flexible! Your schedule is basically her schedule. We looked at a ton of houses before finally finding the one. We were always able to see houses ASAP which is extremely important when houses are moving fast! We loved her and will definitely be using her again in the future

I used Gina as my realtor to sell an inherited property in a condo community with extreme HOA restrictions. Gina not only expertly navigated the condo association's requirements, she got us a buyer in no time!
