Gina specializes in historic homes in downtown Greenville, SC. She loves the character and charm of older homes, and she has the expertise to provide professional guidance to buyers and sellers dealing with older homes. Gina has worked in the Historic Overbrook area in Greenville, SC since 1987. Gina started a crime watch prevention organization in Overbrook in 1994. As an investor, Gina and her husband purchase homes in Overbrook to renovate and fill with property owners who care for these homes. She worked with the City of Greenville for two years to have Overbrook declared an historic district. Gina received their historic overlay designation in 1997. She has a passion for this community, and it is her lifelong goal to see each home renovated and well cared for. Gina has taken an area that no one believed in and rejuvenated it through leadership of neighbors in the community, through investing in homes that many said should be torn down, and through hard work. Gina has worked in real estate since 1992 and have sold more homes in the Overbrook area during that time than any REALTOR® in Greenville.
