We are very thankful to have worked with Gina for our out-of-state move around the holidays. She took a lot of the stress off of us by coordinating and attending our inspections in our absence. She was very responsive in answering our questions along the way too. After we closed and were still trying to get settled, she stopped by to deliver our family a meal. Gina Condon was amazing to work with for my first time home-buying experience. Being a newbie with the process, I had so many questions and concerns, and needed lots of advice/feedback. And she was incredibly patient, kind, and happy to answer every question I had. She was extremely communicative, her response-time was FAST, she worked quickly to accommodate my house interests/tours/& info in a fast-paced market right now where you have to jump immediately. And she was ON IT! I'm an out of state buyer, and she video recorded virtual tours and sent them to me, on top of live-virtual tours as well. She took photos, helped do research, and went above and beyond on MANY aspects that I needed help with, just to make the entire experience less overwhelming for me. She helped make a daunting house-buying experience/move feel so much smoother and seamless! I couldn't have asked for more. And I thank God that He put her and her partner Wendy in my life as my realtor for this adventure. I'd recommend her to EVERYONE.
