Gina was a very professional and thoughtful real estate agent to work with. I was referred to Gina through the 55 places website and Gina showed us several houses in an over 55 community. She was very knowledgeable about the community and pointed out so many things to consider that we had not anticipated in living in an over 55 community, both benefits and restrictions. Her knowledge of every aspect of the community was extremely helpful. Gina also showed us other houses that we requested to see and was not only an excellent communicator, with us as well as the selling agents, but handled everything in a prompt and efficient manor. During the showings she was able to spot and share both qualities of the home’s and potential issues.
We finally bought a house well north of where we looked at houses with Gina and I used another agent that had represented me in buying two rental income houses over the years and sold one for me. The agent in Mooresville, I had used, was not licensed in South Carolina which is why I asked Gina to work with us in South Carolina and Pineville/Ft. Mill area.
I do highly recommend Gina and know her experience and knowledge will serve anyone in need of an agent well. I appreciate all the time she spent with us and wish her the best.

Gina was awesome throughout the whole buying process. I was coming from out of town so she blocked out the whole day for me to view homes and made sure to thoroughly explain and answer any questions that I may have had. She is very communicative and always answered my calls/texts quickly. We were able to put in an offer and she worked with my lender on my behalf to ensure a smooth and expedited closing. Even after I closed, Gina made sure to check on me a worked to resolve a few issues that I came across. Gina definitely had my best interest at heart. Thank You Gina!!

Gina is a one-of-kind realtor. She’s communicative, courteous, approachable, and consistent.
