Gina is patient, outgoing, and on top of the real estate market. What you need from a realtor is the truthfulness, honesty, promptness, negotiation skills, and we can tell you she has it all. She tells you the truth when you want to rent, sell or buy. She never gave up on us knowing we have visited many houses with her and almost going to make a horrible mistake buying a property in MD. We happily purchased a property with her assistance and highly recommend her if you want to hear the truth and not just work with someone who solely after you to close a deal without thinking and evaluating all ups and downs.

Gina is incredible. She helped us out with selling 2 homes and the purchasing of our dream home. Not only is she a wonderful, friendly and caring person....She is also very dedicated to her clients. Gina was dealing with some major health issues while helping us. She went through brain surgery while working with us. Not only did she not let it slow her down, she made sure that we received continuous support while she was recuperating. She was always in communication with us and had a colleague help show us a house if she was not up for it. To be dealing with all of that and still be able to provide the excellent customer service that she did, just goes to show you the character of the person that she is. So if you are looking to buy or sell.....Gina is the person for you!!!

I can't fully describe how helpful Gina was with getting our house. She was available at all hours, answering questions that we considered trivial. We actually felt bad sometimes because we thought we were bugging her but she was always so cheerful and knowledgeable. She's a family person, which is always something we look for. I've recommended her to several friends. If we ever move again, hands down we will go with Gina again.

Gina was amazing throughout our whole home buying process. We were first time homebuyers and she was always available to answer any questions we had. I was completely dependent on Gina to help me in my home search during the beginning of the pandemic while I lived in California and not being able to travel to MD to look at any homes or areas. She was responsive to my calls at any hour (I kept forgetting she was 3 hours ahead!) and proved to be an expert in the area for which I was looking (Anne Arundel County). She counseled me when I was apprehensive and didn't know how much house I should buy (first time home buyers) and did all the legwork for us in MD. I called her about a house I fell in love with, she got in and video walked us through immediately and put in an offer for us that was accepted 4 hours later. We now live in this beautiful house and couldn't be happier! She was amazing and was everything we needed when we couldn't be here to do anything ourselves - highly recommend!

We love Gina! We looked off and on for several years and Gina was so patient and understanding as our plans changed over and OVER again. We always came back to her. It’s a difficult thing to find the perfect home. Gina lended her expertise and personal experiences to help us make the right decision. I couldn’t recommend her more highly! We are very happy in our new home, it was worth the wait!
