Gina Davis

I am a third generation Houstonian. I have always resided on the North side of town and therefore I am very familiar with Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Lake Conroe, Willis, Kingwood and Cypress. I began investing in land in the 90's and was a partner in a home building company from 1999 to 2006. I am well versed in the home building process. I acquired my real estate sales agent license in 2012 and my Broker's License in May 2018. I opened Great American Real Estate, LLC in June 2018, seeing the need for a full service broker. I guide my clients through the confusing process of buying or selling z home or commercial real estate. I work with an array of customers from first time home buyers to investors. I make myself available to my clients when it's convenient to them. I love what I do and have fun doing it!
