Gina Fox

Gina Fox, a licensed real estate salesperson, joined Heather Croner Real Estate Sotheby's International Realty in 2005 and serves clients throughout the Hudson Valley. Gina has lived in Rhinebeck, New York, for more than 25 years. She serves on the Rhinebeck Town Board and is liaison to the Zoning Board, providing her with an exceptional knowledge of zoning and planning requirements for those interested in building a home or developing property. During her association with Heather Croner Real Estate Sotheby's International Realty, she has been instrumental in the sale of many fine properties in the Rhinebeck area. Her sales include the historic Grasmere Estate in Rhinebeck, the site of Chelsea Clinton's wedding in 2000. She also sold the historic Wildercliff estate on the Hudson River in Rhinebeck. Gina earned her bachelor's degree at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
