Gina was recommended by a friend. My husband and I were buying our first house. We told Gina the type of house we were looking for. When we saw a house we wanted to look at she was available to look at it with us right away. We almost felt like her only client, which makes you feel really important. If the house was not in the best condition she was honest and helped us get the best house. It took a while due to it being a sellers market, but we found the perfect house. My husband and I would really recommend her.

Gina Gilliam excels as an agent and literally made our home buying and selling experience a blessing (a first attempt at buying left us with a bad experience and loss of money). Not knowing us, Gina offered to make wrongs of another agent right and help us navigate the journey to a new home. She knows the business in and out, is so friendly, and left no stone unturned to help us find the right home. No matter the day or time, she was there. Her team is as wonderful as she is and we felt totally supported. When selling our home, we got great advice and a great price. The personal touches, from the included staging and the open house and personal video tour she did... superb! We now consider her a friend and hIghly recommend her to all!
