Gina is very knowledgeable about Emerald Isle, which was helpful as we were from Maryland and knew little about the area. She was patient and extremely responsive during the buying process as the majority of the time we were not living in North Carolina. Gina was always available and kept us informed throughout the closing process. I would highly recommend Gina as a realtor, she is top-notch!
