My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Gina Liptak for our recent home purchase, and we could not be happier with the quality of work she does! Gina is super friendly, incredibly experienced, helpful as can be, and it was great having a realtor that is so easy to talk to and so easy to reach when we had questions or wanted to schedule time with her.
We are first time homebuyers and were very nervous about the entire process, but Gina did a great job of making us feel comfortable, and she explained everything to us at every step of the way. It was such a pleasure working with her, we HIGHLY recommend her, and there's no way we could thank her enough for all the work she did for us!

It was a great pleasure working with Gina. We had a complex closing where I was out of the country for the entire process and needed to use a Power of Attorney to close the deal. Gina was always responsive and guided the process through every step of the way for me and my representative. We will definitely call Gina when it comes time to sell our existing house.

As a military family when we initially thought about selling our home we were overwhelmed with the stress of living far away and being scared at how the process would be. However, with that being said Gina went above and beyond in helping us with the entire process! She helped me through every step as i was Not able to be there for any of it. She was reassuring and explained everything to me in a way that helped put my mind at ease being so far away. I would Recommend her to not only distant families but any family buying or selling a home! If we ever need her in the future i wouldn’t hesitate having her involved in the process again.

My husband Tom and I have been working with Gina for 2 years now. She took so much time out to show us multiple homes, kept it within our budget and the location we wanted to remain in. Even after Tom gave up with looking because the market was crazy she still ended up finding us one off market that turned out to be a perfect match.
