We had two different realtors for a couple of weeks before our friends who moved to LI a couple of years ago recommended Gina. So we can tell the difference. Very impressive! She is professional, knowledgeable, nice, not pushy, always on top of things. Gina signed us up to the listbook where we could see properties available for sale, send messages to he relating the specific houses and decide what we want to see. Very convenient. We got to see houses we've chosen just the next day and during hours that were convenient to us. She would also recommend us properties that seemed to fit our criteria. We've seen tons of houses and she has never complained that it was too many. Finally, we are getting a house almost 10% below the listed price. Thanks, Gina! Searching for your first home can be a hassle and worrisome. Working with Gina was like having a family member help you out in a time of need. We signed Gina on as our buyers agent and she must have taken us to see over 30 homes. The entire time ( which ran about 9 to 10 months ), she was patient, gave good advice, and made sure we were making the right decisions. Gina was available 24/7 to answer questions whether on the phone or in person, and always responded in a timely fashion. We had recommended Gina to a relative, and with the same professionalism, helped her and her husband find, and buy, their first home as well. All in all it was a great experience with no problems.
