Good quality and good value are an understatement to the pristine level of satisfaction that this company will provide to their clients. With my experience working with Gina Pappone and her professional team of experts the search for my new home was effortless on my part. To say selling and buying a home in the same day was stressful is an understatement. Especially when the owner of the house we were buying locked us out of the walk through. Gina kept her cool and had our back through the entire time! She was on top of everything for both the sale and purchase. She was always available and every panic call and text was answered without hesitation. This process would have never gone the way it did without her! Wish I could give 10 stars! Gina was incredible from start to finish! She listed our house and found us our current home in the middle of the pandemic which wasn't easy but she got the job done and did it smoothly. She got top dollar for the home we were selling and fought for us to get our dream home in this crazy market. She was always responsive and any time of day she was always available. So, we were asking for someone who could help us on our house journey and Gina was highly spoken of. We decided why not give her a try? Mind you it was 10pm when we contacted her. We got a response right away which surprised us because other realtors would take a day or two to get back to us. Gina explained everything to us in detail because we were first time home buyers. She asked so many questions to understand exactly what we were looking for. When we went through our do's and don't list with her we were so confident in how much she knew about what we wanted that she began her search. She had us download an app that helped us keep an eye on new listings and she spoke with us almost everyday to ensure we were completely comfortable and understood everything. If any questions came up she was willing to explain it to us and never made us feel like it wasn't worth discussing. We viewed house after house on days that were convenient for us and she made sure we had a list of viewings not just one or two. Gina picked houses that made our heart smile from the inside, they were everything we wanted. She is honest, quick, reliable, respectful, a great listener and professional. When we walked into house she would watch our reactions to ensure it was what we wanted in a house, she would explain background of the house and let us know if there was anything to worry about like septic or well water. She checked on the house before we got there so she had answers for everything we asked and anything she didn't know she would find out. She was mindful of us while viewing houses and was dedicated to making us first time home buyers. What I loved the most was Gina put herself in our shoes; she shopped for houses like it was for her and her family. Gina gave us advice on prices and what to expect, she offered us referrals for everything we managed not to have prepared. Every referral we used that she gave us was unbelievably amazing. Gina walked us through every step of the buying process and even stood around till the very end. She ensured we understood things that others should have explained and did everything in her power to make this a smooth transition. I would recommend her to everyone who ask for a recommendation because she deserves every client possible. With the pandemic and all the craziness she made sure we were safe, we all wore masks and she respected how we felt and thought of the pandemic and wearing masks. Im in love with our new home and couldn't be more grateful for all she has done for us.
