Gina Paret

Gina is an Associate Broker and Stakeholder at Olson Realty. She brings a unique set of skills to her clients, as she has been on almost every side of a real estate transaction over the last 20 years. Gina got her start in the field by originating mortgages for Wells Fargo from 1999-2005. There she learned how liberating homeownership can be for people, and that the financial aspects of owning a home are unique to each household. After leaving Wells Fargo to start a family, Gina had a strong desire to continue working in the real estate profession. From 2004 through 2012, she oversaw the rehabilitation of distressed properties for a small group of investors. This taught her many aspects of the field: from a working knowledge of construction, right down to the importance of home design. It was only natural that she would earn her Real Estate license in 2010. Since then she has represented buyers, sellers and investors throughout Delaware. Realizing that each situation is unique, Gina strives to ensure that you are cared for by giving you an unsurpassed level of service.
