In fact, one of my favorite memories as an agent was when I worked with a couple named Jeff and Sharon where they purchased their first home in Seal Beach Leisure World, where I have specialized for 26 years. They had a little dog, also named Gina, and we immediately hit it off. They moved into Leisure World looking forward to their retirement. They soon retired after moving in and bought a couple electric bikes. Over the years, I would see them riding all around the community, and they would often stop by my office to say “hello”.
They once told me that moving to Leisure World, and finding the perfect home for them, truly made them happy. The best thing they have ever done, “we love it here!”. It continues to touch my heart to see the joy on their faces every time we run into each other. It's moments like these that make me truly grateful for the work I do.
When I'm not busy helping my clients with their real estate needs, I like staying active playing golf and swimming. Spending quality time with family and friends is also very important to me. This keeps me grounded and helps me maintain a fresh perspective.
