Gina, was a wonderful real estate agent, in the middle of a housing market that has gone crazy. She helped me so much. First condo I wanted, went on the mkt on a Friday morning. She met me in a snow storm to look at it with me we wanted to try to be the first ones there. In this housing boom that doesn't matter. They were accepting contracts for a week then pick the highest one. Her and I realized after 4 contracts to start with your final bid. She was very professional and knowledgeable on guiding me on thru every step in real estate. I would strongly suggest using Gina.
