Gina was great as a realtor! She really considered our wants and needs in a house, and she was very patient with us throughout the entire process. She even went above and beyond to call third parties like Dominion and Terminix to ask about solar panel transfer, previous termite inspections, etc. We so appreciated all of the time and work she put into finding a great house for us. Definitely recommend her as your next realtor!

I had the privilege of working with Gina Thore when I bought my home in December of 2019. Gina made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps that many other Realtors do not but should. She was very professional with finding me several options as well as guiding me through the process of buying a home. Gina spent several hours answering questions and provided objective data regarding the average home costs in the neighborhoods that was interested in.
