I work with both buyer and seller clients in Montgomery, Philadelphia, and surrounding Counties.
I’m a graduate of Temple University’s School of Business and have been a licensed Realtor® since 2006. I am a member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
From 2006 through 2014, I received several industry awards. From 2010 to 2014, I was named a 5-Star Real Estate Agent by Philadelphia Magazine. I am one of only 120 agents in the five-county region that has achieved the status of “5 consecutive years” for this award.
In 2011, I earned a Green Designation with special training in green building and sustainable housing practices. In 2012, I achieved the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, the premiere designation in real estate for strategically planning negotiations. In 2013 and 2014, I received the RE/MAX Executive Club Award.
Additionally, I have property management and investment property experience. I maintain a network of of resources: qualified contractors, home inspectors, insurance providers, mortgage and other financial professionals.
My Goal is to provide optimal and efficient service to all clients while representing the client’s best interests; to educate buyers and sellers on today’s market conditions and maintain a positive, productive relationship with all real estate partnerships.
For two years, I wrote a bi-weekly real estate column titled “Get Real” which is published in the Montgomeryville-Lansdale Patch, an online news source.
Personal interests/hobbies: I play and coach ultimate Frisbee along with volunteer work in both Fairmount Park, Phila. and Towamencin Twp., Lansdale. I live in Lansdale, PA with my husband and two children - a daughter who attends Ithaca College in NY, and a son who attends North Penn HS. We have a pet dog. I sponsor charity tournaments/events, like Knights for Life and Ultimate Peace.
